Between the beginning of July 2019 and the end of September 2019, I had an internship in UMCG, E-Learning Development team. My tasks as a UI / UX Designer was to redesign Versatest, E-Learning tool, website. In the process, I created a User Flowchart and Wireframes and later first mockups. In collaboration with my teammates after further analysis and short testings, I made an interactable prototype too.
PRODUCT
Versatest is an E-Learning tool used by medical students and lecturers of UMCG (University Medical Center Groningen). The main goal of Versatest is to give students quick access to all learning material in one place.
DESIGN GOALS
UX and Design Direction for the rebranding of the Versatest e-learning tool of the UMCG, with a clean layout and fast navigation in mind, to let the content be easily accessible for hundreds of medical students and teachers.
VISUAL TREATMENT
Once we finalized the flow, I researched existing E-learning tools to get a sense of current design trends. That made sure that our redesign was created with the most recent UI conventions in mind.
